SkyWalker acquired this fully leased industrial asset in South Fort Worth in 2013. The lease was held by May Group International, an aluminum gasoline price sign manufacturer. The property’s 60,000-square-foot and 78,000-square-foot office-warehouses served as the corporate headquarters and production facility for the 67-year-old company.
