Completed in May 2020, the Clearfork Medical Office Building was Skywalker Property Partners’ first ground-up development in its established tenant-partnership program. Skywalker had a relationship with a prominent Fort Worth orthopedic surgeon that needed scarce office space and decided building was the best option. Familiar with our track record, he partnered with Skywalker to leverage our expertise. The Clearfork investment generated an IRR of 53.22% and a 2.80x equity multiple, with our tenant partner gaining a built-to-suit building and sharing in the upside of the investment.
